I’ve recently started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I’m anxious to see the results at the end.

*Note: I’m not really trying to lose weight. My main goal is to tone up. I’m still a few pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight, but since I’m breastfeeding I’m expecting that I’ll hang on to a little extra fat.

Thanks! I hardly feel like supermom…but I definitely feel like taking time to exercise is great for me. Not only does it improve my health, but it helps me keep my head clear to be a better mom and wife. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
