Well rested

I woke up feeling more rested than I have in a while! The baby slept well, which meant mommy slept well. I was up at 5 again, and working on the computer by 5:30. Breakfast was the same as yesterday – a banana, oatmeal with flaxseed and soymilk, and scrambled egg whites.

Since breakfast was so early, lunch was too – about 10:30 am. For lunch I had a simple chicken salad sandwich made with Swanson canned chicken breast, Kraft Light Mayo, and 2 slices of Food for Life sprouted grain bread.

I also heated up some leftover spaghetti squash with pasta sauce.

This afternoon I have been snacking on macintosh apples and almonds.

I’m hoping to get some time in my exercise bike this afternoon (baby permitting!).
