I was feeling ambitious at 5:30 this morning… I decided to make myself some french toast (check out the recipe on my Recipes page). I used 2 slices of Food for Life sprouted grain bread, 1/4 cup of Silk Light Vanilla, All Whites egg whites, and cinnamon.
I topped my french toast with a little bit of Earth Balance spread.
I managed to get a good 35 minutes in on my Spinning bike yesterday afternoon while my daughter was in her bouncy seat. Plus I did some ab work during Grey’s Anatomy. Hopefully I’ll get a walk or a video in this afternoon.
