I was STARVING when I woke up today! It’s no coincidence that I didn’t get as much sleep last night. Being tired makes me hungry. My body is craving food – and lots of it! – to stay awake.
Breakfast was pretty typical today. I started with a small banana.
I also had a bowl of oatmeal. I used a heaping 1/2 cup of oats, ~2/3 cup of water, 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I mixed in some ground flaxseed and topped the bowl with a little cinnamon raisin granola and a drizzle of SF syrup.
I also had my standard scrambled egg whites. This morning I bumped it up to 3/4 cup of All Whites.
To complete the meal: a cup of hazelnut creme decaf spinkled with cinnamon…in my special mug!
It’s yeat another dreary day, so I doubt I’ll be able to get out for a walk with the baby. So my workout will likely be all indoors today.
