30 Day Shred

I’ve recently started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I’m anxious to see the results at the end.

On this page, I’ll be logging my workouts and tracking my progress.

*Note: I’m not really trying to lose weight. My main goal is to tone up. I’m still a few pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight, but since I’m breastfeeding I’m expecting that I’ll hang on to a little extra fat.

Day 1 – 5/24/09: Level 1 + 22 minutes Spinning

Day 2 – 5/25/09: Level 1 + 22 minutes Spinning

Day 3 – 5/26/09: Level 1 + 20 minutes abs + 30 minutes Spinning

Day 4 – 5/27/09: Level 1 + 45 minutes walking

Day 5 – 5/28/09: Level 1 + 45 minutes walking

Day 6 – 5/29/09: Level 1 + 20 minutes abs + 30 minutes Spinning

Day 7 – 5/30/09: Level 1 + 55 minutes walking

Day 8 – 5/31/09: Level 1 + 1 hour 15 minutes hiking

Day 9 – 6/01/09: Level 1 + 20 minutes abs + 36 minutes Spinning

Day 10 – 6/02/09: Level 1 + 35 minutes Spinning

Day 11 – 6/03/09: Level 2

Day 12 – 6/04/09: Level 2 + 42 minutes Spinning
