    I love your blog; this is absolutely perfectly what I have been looking for as an easy-to-follow, real-life way to get healthy. I am not a mamma yet, but I aspire to get healthy to be one! Thank you for taking the time to do this! I plan to check it out more at home (your Mum just sent it to me here at work) and see what I can do to help better my health. I started walking the trail out behind my house and have steadily increased the time by the day. I am psyched to check out your recipes, too, as just the words “flax seed” make me nervous… Shrimp scampi is my favorite meal ever, too! Keep up the great work and thank you again!
