Banana Bread Oats

Serves 1

1/2 cup of oatmeal or 1/2 cup of oat bran

water

1/2 banana mashed (preferably overripe)

splash of vanilla

cinnamon to taste

2 tbs ground flaxseed (optional)

1 tbs raisins

1 tbs chopped walnuts

1/2 banana, sliced

Mix oats, water, mashed banana, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl. Microwave 2-3 minutes. Stir in ground flaxseed (optional). Top with sliced banana, raisins, and walnuts.
