Emily’s Smooth Guacamole

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

2 Roma tomatoes, diced

1/2 medium red onion, diced

2 tbs coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbs lime juice

1/4 tsp cumin

2 garlic cloves, crushed through a press

Mix together all ingredients except avocado. Puree avocado in a food processor. Stir tomato/onion mixture into avocado. Enjoy with chips or crackers.
